What is the TnTech Login Portal?
The TnTech Login Portal is the website used to log into your TN Tech account and applications that use your TN Tech login, such as TechExpress. The portal is the method by which you authenticate to Tech services, customize your multi-factor methods, and choose how you would like to perform the 2-step authentication. With the Microsoft Security Information system you can:
- View your account details
- Change or setup your MFA options including:
- Mobile Authenticator App(s)
- Phones for calls/text messages
- Security questions
- Alternate Email
- Hardware tokens
- Change your TN Tech password
Help! I'm locked out and cannot log in.
If you receive the "Sign-in is blocked" error message, please go back and verify that when you were logging in you were using your full TN Tech email (for example, aeagle@tntech.edu) and do not have any typos in the email address.
I forgot my TN Tech Password
If you forgot your password, there is a "Can't access your account?" link under the email box that will walk you through the steps of confirming your identity, and then reset your password. You will need two multifactor methods to reset your password.
