In this article, you will learn how to "Print to PDF." This is commonly used to save emails, word documents, or other files as a PDF. 

 

Instructions

  1. First, you will want to open the document you need to print as a PDF file. Next, locate the Print button. The location of the print button will depend on the program you are using. However, you can typically select File > Print or click on the printer icon.

  2. Once the window opens, choose "Microsoft Print to PDF" in the "Select Printer" section. 
    Choose Microsoft Print to PDF option
     
  3. Now you can click on the print icon.  
    Click Print
     
  4. You should see a window appear, labeled "Save Print Output As." This is where you will name the file and choose the location where you would like the file saved (i.e.: Documents or Downloads). Click save. 
    Provide Filename for saving
