- Scanning a Document
- Scanning multiple documents with feeding tray
Making a Copy
- The first thing that needs to be done regarding scanning is to properly orient the document that needs to be scanned. The proper orientation for a normal sized piece of paper is the top of the document is pointed toward the back of the printer, and the document needs to be on the far left side of the scanning area, as seen in the image.

- After placing the desired document in the scanner, tap your Eagle Card at the printer.

- To make a copy, tap the Copy button on the screen.

- In the copy menu, you can change different aspects of the copy by tapping on the various menu items. To print a copy, press the green start button. To print multiple copies use the on-screen keypad to type the number of copies in, and then press the green start button

Scanning a Document
- To send a scanned document, tap Scan to Myself from the menu that comes up after tapping your Eagle Card.

- Make sure your student email is selected, and then press the Start scan button. In the scan menu, you can change different aspects of the scan by tapping on the various menu items.

- Sometimes the scanned document can be sent to your spam, so be sure to check there if it doesn't automatically go to your inbox.
Scanning multiple documents with feeding tray
- If the student wants to scan multiple documents, then the feeding tray may be a better option. To use the feeding tray, place the documents in the feeding tray in a "Face-Up" format. If the green light is on, then the copier knows that there is paper.
