Overview
Accessing your Transcript after you complete your studies has never been easier! TN Tech currently has two methods to access your transcript based on your role. If you are a current student or recent grad with access to your TN Tech account, please follow the steps for Current Students and Recent Grads. If you no longer have access your TN Tech Account, that is just fine! Make sure to follow the instructions for Non-Recent Graduates located further down the page to access your transcript without an active TN Tech Account.
Current Students and Recent Grads
If you are currently a student at Tech, or have been a student within the last year and have your account info handy:
1. Log into TechExpress with your username and password and click on the Eagle QuickLink.
2. Click Student, then Student Records, and then Order Official Records to be sent to the Parchment Transcript platform.
3. Once you're on the Parchment page, follow the prompts to have your Official Transcript be sent to the place of your choice.
Note: An Unofficial Transcript can also be viewed in the Student Records menu under the Academic Transcript option
Non-Recent Graduates
If it has been longer than a year since you have attended TN Tech, or if you're not sure of your account information:
1. Head to the Registrar's Office's Transcripts page.
2. Click the yellow Order Official Transcript button, as shown here:
3. Once you're on the Parchment page, follow the prompts to have your Official Transcript be sent to the place of your choice.
